After some unsupervised tool use and a lot of structural damage, it turns out we found even more Dumb Ways to Die!
Dumb Ways to Die is proud to announce our most chaotic game yet: Dumb Ways to Build. Launching September 10, 2026 across PC (Steam), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, with cross-platform support!
What is Dumb Ways to Build?
Dumb Ways to Build is a physics-based DIY builder filled with deadly construction jobs that no sane crew would touch. Whether tackling the hazardous workplace with friends in up to four-player online co-op, or braving it alone in singleplayer, safety violations are likely, survival is optional, and let’s be honest: your crew are the real occupational hazards!
A Typical Day on the Jobsite Looks Like…
Anything not bolted down is up for grabs! Rotate, throw and nail together bridges, ramps, and structures to climb across.. Remember: the best tools for the job are the friends we bring along the way… Right?
Teamwork makes the Beans work... but in Dumbville, it usually just gets everyone killed. Proximity chat will “help” coordinate your crew's efforts or… just let you listen in on the ensuing carnage as you all discover so many Dumb Ways to Die.
You know what they say: if at first you don't succeed, blame your friends.
Each Job is as perilous as the last! Dive headfirst into hazard-filled maps, each one filled with unique secrets and challenges. With a full physics-based arsenal of construction tools, wacky objects and building materials at your disposal, you could complete the job with the steel beam, or decide to wack your buddy off the roof!
