Xbox Series X|S

  • Version v2.0

ALL PLATFORMS

Feature Updates

  • Blow away items (and your friends) with the Blow-Vac

    • Creates a wind-zone that pushes back items and players. The alt mode can suck in and store up to three objects, building materials, and even players to then launch them out later.

  • Grab your Caulk Launcher and get to work

    • Creates expanding foam blobs that can be used as temporary platforms once hardened or to pin down materials and items.

  • Reach new heights with the Pocket Spring Loaded Platform

    • Deploys a spring loaded platform that can launch players and objects across obstacles.

  • Create sweet music with the Drumsticks

    • Make different sounds and melodies based upon what you hit, including your teammates.

  • Even the smallest of Beans can help with Shonky's Shrinky Drinky

    • Shrinks the player down to a small size for a set amount of time, allowing them to be thrown further by others.

  • Harden up and have a Cup of Concrete

    • Coats the user in hardened concrete which gives immunity to all damage and knockback effects, and allows building objects to be unpinned by touching them.

  • Unleash your hidden powers with the Telekinesis Tonic

    • Allows the user to pick up and rotate objects and other players from a greater distance.

  • Get swole with the Dumbbell Protein Shake

    • Increases the user’s size and throw strength.

  • The Double Shot Espresso will give you an instant pick-me-up

    • Increases movement speed and causes the user’s arms to shake randomly.

  • Crazy for Coconuts

    • The coconuts, when broken, can be eaten to restore health.

Quality of Life Improvements

  • Added additional graffiti to ‘Hotel Hapless’ in normal difficulty, highlighting game mechanics such as rotating held objects, and increasing or decreasing the distance of held objects.

  • Added a Lightning Rod spawner to ‘Crane Climb’, which can spawn infinite Lightning Rods.

  • Added a selfie functionality to the Instant Camera.

  • Added visual improvements for flares, where the smoke changes colour based on the player who activates them.

  • Added the functionality for players to feed food items to other players.

  • Added improvements to character expressions, where player mouth movements now dynamically sync and mimic phonetic mouth positions when speaking. Characters now also blink every few seconds, and pull unique facial expressions when impacted by status effects.

  • Added an Expanded Ping System, giving players six ping options to better communicate.

  • Added additional first person visual and audio feedback to highlight when players are low health.

  • Added additional visual feedback to highlight when players restore their health.

  • Added additional UI in the Lobby to highlight when players unlock new content such as Master Builder mode and Levels.

  • Added the ability for players to emote while inside the customization menu.

  • Changed brown and gold Item Crate visuals with Toolboxes that can also be used as building materials.

  • Improved existing consumables visual detail, audio feedback, and HUD display.

  • Improved the effect of existing consumables.

  • Improved visuals of the Nail Gun reticule, where it now changes shape to indicate whether the nail will pin an object or not.

  • Improved building material colliders to address objects flying when a material is moved from the bottom of a pile.

  • Players no longer drop their held items when they die. If revived by another player, items are kept. If revived at a Port-a-loo, players will drop their items where they died.

  • Improved the collider on the plug in ‘Drain Strain’.

  • Removed the following consumables: Baked Beans, Cheese, Clod Cola, Lax Lemonade, Putz Protein, and Battery Acid.

    • Developer note: Items have been removed due to redundancy or where new consumables replace their functionality.
